With over two decades of knowledge in weddings and events, Monica is well-versed in the details of bringing visions to life. She has worked at a variety of hospitality establishments from hotels and restaurants, to venues, and even a national zoo. Her degree in Hospitality Business Management helped to excel her in her field and pursue her dream career in event planning.
Her inner circle would describe her as diligent, zealous, hard-working, and caring. She is passionate about everything weddings and has spent the last five years working at one of Arizona’s top outdoor wedding venues.
Monica’s favorite part of the wedding day is being able to see couples fully present and immersed in the moment. She loves to bring all the details together and keep the day flowing smoothly, so the couple does not have to worry on their big day!

With a background in digital marketing & event strategy, Kim is a dynamic problem solver who brings her passion for design and organization to all of her weddings. She discovered her love for events and planning during college while working at a private country club in her home state of Nebraska. Since then, she’s designed concepts across various platforms, from event floor plans to websites and social media content.
She began her career in weddings in 2021 as a weekend event assistant at the same beautiful venue as Monica. Through her experience, Kim has perfected the art of staying calm under pressure while curating ideas outside of the box. Her family and friends would describe her as resilient, creative, and nothing short of a perfectionist.
For Kim, the best part about wedding day is seeing everything come together and visions come to life. It’s truly an experience like no other to see an idea transform from a vision board to full execution.

Monica and Kim met just over two years ago while working at one of the premier outdoor wedding venues in Arizona. They instantly connected through their shared love for meticulous organization and unwavering dedication to crafting truly memorable and stress-free experiences for their couples.
It was only a few months later that Kim needed assistance with her own wedding, and Monica was happy to step in. Together, they executed the most beautiful day which not only celebrated Kim's love but ignited their passion for planning and curating dream weddings together.
Fast forward to the summer of 2023, they decided to make it a reality and founded Right on Q Weddings. With over 20 years of combined experience in event planning, coordinating, and design, they are ready to bring your unique vision to life.
